Room for rent in Enghave Brygge from Aug 1st, 2026

Hi, I am going on exchange for 6 months from August 1st, 2026, until end of February 2027 (6 months) and am renting out my 18 m^2 room. CPR reregistration is possible and all furniture is included (can be put in storage if needed). I am looking for somebody who can take over the room for the whole period (ending date is flexible)

About the room:
It is a big 18 m^2 room with large windows and a French balcony. All furniture in it can be used or can be moved into storage based on preference.

About the apartment:
The apartment is 93 square meters and newly built (2020) right next to the water. Common facilities are kitchen/living room, bathroom, and a large balcony that gets the sun the whole afternoon/evening. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwashing machine, oven, fridge and electric stove. The bathroom is big and modern, and equipped with washing machine and dryer. There is floor heating in the entire apartment, and it is on a quite street so there is no noise at night.
The location is a 3 min walk from Enghave Brygge metro. It is 2 stops from the central station and 10 mins to Kongens Nytorv. It is 15 mins from CBS, 25 mins by metro or 15 min by bike to University of Copenhagen and right next to Aalborg University. Supermarkets (Netto, Spar, Supermarco) are all within 5-10 min walk.

Who you will be living with:
You will be living with my lovely roommate Victor (male 23), who recently graduated from CBS. He is social and enjoys watching movies and hanging out in the living room but also respects your privacy.

Approximate cost:
The rent is DKK 8.000 per month + utilities (water, electricity, and internet). It is 16,000 in total so there is no markup. First monthly payment will include a deposit of 1 month and 1 pre-paid month’s rent.
