Hi, we are looking for a new roommate from the first of March (with possibility of moving in a couple days early if needed). As our current roommate is moving back to the Netherlands, we are looking for a third person to share our apartment with. The apartment is right in the city center and has a separate living room and kitchen. The room we are renting out has big windows with a view of the sea and the domkirke. The price is 4340dkk excluding electricity and wifi (which usually adds between 150-250dkk). We are looking for someone who wants to rent the room for at least one year. Some of the furniture will be sold with the room, such as the bed frame, desk, closet. The furniture all together will cost 2000dkk. The deposit is 4500 + one month prepaid rent.

Mads, 25 from Germany, also studying architecture. Besides admiring buildings, I like going out with my camera, playing (table) tennis or meeting friends for a coffee. But I also enjoy time at home cooking a nice pasta meal or reading books :)
